About the Role As an Information Investigator II at blithequark, you will play a critical role in the execution, optimization, and standardization of the organization's expense and asset distribution models. You will be responsible for managing, analyzing, and documenting data that supports internal operations, resourcing, and cost assignments for the businesses supported by blithequark. This is a unique opportunity to work on both strategic operations that drive short-term business results and long-term initiatives that will define the company's future. Key Responsibilities Develop a deep understanding of costing and resourcing data related to internal teams and functional partners. Support the coordination of high-speed projects that standardize and advance financial processes across the organization. Support internal business processes, such as administration costing, workforce management, and resource planning. Work with different data systems and deliver ad-hoc analysis and reports to support business needs, research, and resolve metrics-based issues. Document work processes related to key cycles, data collection, and maintenance, including tracking significant decisions and changes. Collaborate with Information Architects and system architects to support documentation and implementations of database plans. Build strategic decision-making structures and write scripts that help automate and scale business operations. Skilled in refining insights from data and creating compelling messaging for executive audiences. Support Planning and Conveyance Activities with ad-hoc demands from partners. Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need: 3+ years of experience in informatics, data analysis, data engineering, or technical fields. A Bachelor's degree in a technical field, such as Information Science, Statistics, Business Finance/Economics, Informatics, or Computer Science. Experience working with data and data manipulation software like R, SQL, Python; building dashboards using tools like Scene, Looker, Airtable, Smartsheet. Understanding of relational database design and functionality. Strong math and analytical skills. Preferred Qualifications In addition to the essential qualifications, blithequark is looking for candidates who: Are self-starters with strong strategic fitness, sound judgment, and excellent communication skills. Have successful collaboration and time management skills. Can bring a strong attention to detail, with the ability to step back and understand the big picture. Have excellent written and oral communication skills. Have a demonstrated ability to work with engineering delivery teams to analyze technical concepts. Have experience with Excel, Smartsheet, and/or AirTable.
