Key Responsibilities Analyze large data sets to identify trends, patterns, and correlations, and develop predictive models to inform business decisions Develop and maintain complex data visualizations to communicate insights to stakeholders Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement data-driven solutions that drive business growth and improve customer engagement Work with SQL, Python, R, and other statistical analysis tools to analyze large data sets and develop predictive models Develop and maintain reporting tools and data pipelines to enable self-service analytics for stakeholders Communicate insights and recommendations to stakeholders, and provide support for data-driven decision-making Essential Qualifications Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field (Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, Economics, or similar) 3+ years of experience in data analysis, with a focus on driving business growth through data-driven insights Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience working with large data sets and statistical analysis tools Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders Experience with SQL, Python, R, and other statistical analysis tools, as well as data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI Preferred Qualifications Advanced degree in a quantitative field (Master's or Ph. D.)
