Job Overview We are looking for two talented customer support representatives to work together as a team, providing 7-day coverage to our customers. This part-time position offers a flexible schedule, with the expectation of working 3-4 days a week (24-30 hours), including two weekends a month. Collaborate closely with our overseas admin team to manage listings and support tickets, ensuring seamless communication and efficient issue resolution. Demonstrate strong organizational skills and task management abilities, prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively to meet performance goals. Work independently with minimal supervision, taking responsibility for your work and contributing to the team's overall success. Participate in ongoing training and professional development, staying up-to-date with the latest tools and technologies used by blithequark, such as ZenDesk, Slack, and JIRA. Essential Qualifications Native U.S. English speaker with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team, with a strong capacity for self-motivation and discipline. Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail, with a customer-centric approach to issue resolution. Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines, with a flexible and positive attitude. Preferred Qualifications Previous experience in customer support or a related field, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences. Familiarity with modern business tools and technologies, such as helpdesk software, project management platforms, and collaboration tools.
