About the Role As a Customer Support Representative at blithequark, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our customer support processes. Your primary focus will be on monitoring and closing out maintenance orders, verifying details, and providing assistance with logistics and system support as needed. Key Responsibilities Assist with screening and monitoring orders in our system, ensuring timely and accurate processing. Collaborate with technicians to facilitate order closeouts and resolve any outstanding issues. Handle internal escalations, ensuring orders are accepted and rolled on efficiently. Perform data entry tasks, updating information and maintaining accurate records. Run reports and update trackers as needed, providing valuable insights to support business decisions. Assist with logistics and system-related issues, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to learn. Respond to inbound and outbound calls and emails from internal and external customers, providing exceptional support and resolving queries. Requirements and Qualifications To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess a combination of essential skills and qualifications. We're looking for individuals who are: Highly motivated and able to work independently, with a strong sense of self-discipline and responsibility. Effective communicators, with excellent oral and written communication skills. Able to multi-task, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Adaptable and willing to learn quickly, grasping new instructions and processes with ease. Proficient in Microsoft Office and possessing strong computer navigation skills. Able to work under pressure, responding with urgency and composure. Willing to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed. Training and Schedule To ensure your success in the role, we'll provide comprehensive in-person training at our office in Green Bay, WI. Following training, you'll be able to work remotely on a 12-hour rotating night shift schedule from 6:00 pm to 6:00 am.
