Key Responsibilities As a Customer Support Representative at Blithequark, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional service to our customers. Your responsibilities will include: Building connections with customers by offering personalized service via phone, live chat, or email, ensuring prompt and effective resolution of their inquiries. Merging payroll, accounting, and tax knowledge with effective problem-solving to respond to customer inquiries, providing accurate and helpful information. Acting as an internal customer advocate to influence product development and new features, ensuring our products meet the needs of our customers. Continuously expanding your software proficiency, along with accounting and payroll knowledge, staying up-to-date on the latest developments and trends. Guiding and addressing questions related to new software features and functionalities, providing clear and concise information to customers. As a Customer Support Representative, you must be adaptable, proactive, and committed to delivering exceptional customer experiences. Requirements and Qualifications To succeed in this role, you'll need: An Associate or Bachelor's degree and/or a combination of equivalent experience, particularly in Accounting, Finance, or Mathematics. Working knowledge of U.S.-based payroll, payroll tax, and accounting, or a willingness to learn with training provided. Tech-savviness, with comfort learning new programs and technology. The ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting, where change is the only constant. Self-motivation, with the ability to collaborate with team members as necessary. Proven ability to manage time effectively, stay organized, and prioritize tasks throughout the day. Exceptional customer service skills, including both verbal and written communications. Location and Commitments This is a full-time, direct hire position that is 100% remote. The role is open to all candidates who legally reside and are eligible to work in the United States, except for applicants from Alaska, California, Hawaii, and Washington D.C. Core working hours generally fall between 8 AM - 7 PM EST, Monday through Friday, with flexibility to work beyond these hours during busy periods or urgent tasks.
