Key Responsibilities Respond to customer inquiries in a timely, professional, and personalized manner, ensuring that their concerns are addressed and resolved. Resolve customer issues efficiently, utilizing your knowledge of blithequark's services and policies to provide effective solutions. Provide support to blithequark partners, including restaurants and delivery drivers, addressing their queries and concerns. Document and track customer interactions and issues using our CRM system, ensuring that all relevant information is captured and easily accessible. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve the overall customer experience, sharing insights and feedback to drive service enhancements. Identify and escalate complex issues to the relevant department, ensuring that they are addressed promptly and effectively. Essential Qualifications and Skills To excel as a Customer Support Associate at blithequark, you should possess: A high school diploma or equivalent; a college degree is preferred. Proven experience in customer support or a related field, with a minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a customer-facing role. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate complex information clearly and concisely. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail, with a customer-centric mindset. The ability to work independently and manage your time effectively, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple customer interactions simultaneously.
