Document and Track Interactions: Document and track customer interactions and issues using our CRM system, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records. Collaborate with Teams: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve overall customer experience, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions. Identify and Escalate Complex Issues: Identify and escalate complex issues to the appropriate department, ensuring prompt and effective resolution. Essential and Preferred Qualifications Required Skills and Qualifications: Education: High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred. Experience: Proven experience in customer support or a related field, with a strong understanding of customer service principles. Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively interact with customers and partners. Problem-Solving Abilities: Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail, with the ability to resolve customer issues efficiently. Independence and Time Management: Ability to work independently and manage time effectively, with a high level of productivity. CRM Software and Tools: Proficiency in using CRM software and other customer support tools, with the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new systems. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in Food Delivery Industry: Familiarity with blithequark services and the food delivery industry is a plus. Remote Work Experience: Experience working in a remote environment is preferred. Time Zone Flexibility: Availability to work in multiple time zones is a plus.
