Assist with Reservations and Ticketing: Assist customers with reservations, ticketing, flight information, and other inquiries, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience. Resolve Customer Complaints: Resolve customer complaints and issues with empathy and efficiency, providing solutions and alternatives to meet their needs. Process Changes to Reservations: Process changes to reservations, including rebooking and cancellations, while maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. Support during Irregular Operations: Provide support during irregular operations, such as flight delays and cancellations, ensuring that customers receive timely and effective assistance. Collaborate with Other Departments: Collaborate with other departments to address customer needs and concerns, promoting a culture of teamwork and customer-centricity. Maintain Accurate Records: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions, ensuring that all information is up-to-date and easily accessible. Essential Qualifications Excellent Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues.
