**Experienced Customer Service Representative – Virtual Call Center**

We're a family of six leading retail brands, including Qurate Retail Group, dedicated to providing a more human way to shop. **Life as a Customer Service Representative at blithequark** As a Customer Service Representative, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences, resolving issues, and providing personalized support to our valued customers. Your day will be filled with: * Handling a high volume of customer inquiries with poise and professionalism * Personalizing the experience for each caller, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded * Answering incoming calls, resolving issues, and providing solutions in a timely and efficient manner * Opportunities for advancement across the entire blithequark network * Reporting to an assigned Supervisor and working a set schedule with a structured day * Bilingual Specialist opportunities for those fluent in Spanish and English **Compensation and Benefits** * Starting rate of $15.00 per hour, with automatic increases in pay every 6 months for 2 years * Pay for Performance incentive paid out monthly to eligible team members * Opportunities for career growth and professional development within the company **System Requirements and Technical Skills** * Self-provided computer or laptop, running a Microsoft Operating System, not older than 3 years * Headset compatible with blithequark specifications * High-speed internet connection (satellite, broadband, wireless, mobile, or dial-up services are not permitted) * Ability to troubleshoot own technical problems and partner with IT when needed **Training and Onboarding** * Paid training period with a comprehensive onboarding program * Orientation and training will begin on Monday for six weeks, Monday to Friday, 9:00 am - 5:30 pm ET * Training schedule and working schedule post-training will differ **Application Process** Our application process is candidate-led, and we encourage you to apply if you're passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and working in a fast-paced environment.
