Key Responsibilities Respond to incoming customer calls in a professional and timely manner, providing accurate and helpful information about our products and services. Assist customers with product information, pricing, and availability, as well as address any concerns or issues they may have. Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell our products and services, increasing revenue and enhancing the overall customer experience. Resolve customer complaints and concerns in a calm, professional, and efficient manner, ensuring that issues are fully resolved and customers are satisfied. Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records, updating account information as needed and ensuring that all data is entered correctly. Essential Qualifications Proficient in data entry with attention to detail and excellent organizational skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to effectively communicate with customers and colleagues. Bilingual proficiency is a plus, but not required. Strong customer service orientation with the ability to handle various customer personalities and situations. Ability to effectively communicate and demonstrate phone etiquette, ensuring that all interactions with customers are professional and courteous. Preferred Qualifications Sales experience is preferred, but not required, for upselling opportunities. Previous experience in customer service or a related field is highly desirable. Familiarity with CRM software and other customer service tools is a plus.
