Essential Qualifications and Skills To succeed in this role, you will need: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner. Strong problem-solving abilities, with a proactive approach to resolving customer issues. The ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple customer interactions simultaneously. A high school diploma or equivalent, with an Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with the ability to learn and adapt to new software and systems. While not essential, previous customer service experience is highly preferred, particularly in the airline industry.
