Essential Qualifications 1-2 years of military experience in customer service, administration, or IT (or equivalent civilian experience), with a strong focus on customer-facing roles. Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities, with a proactive approach to resolving customer issues. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote environment, with a strong sense of self-motivation and discipline. High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred, such as customer service, communications, or business administration. Preferred Qualifications Previous experience in live chat support or customer service, with a strong understanding of customer service principles and practices.
