Key Responsibilities Develop and disseminate positive branding messages for our clients' products and services in collaboration with the sales and customer service teams. Interact with customers courteously, empathetically, and politely, providing detailed explanations and education on our services. Advertise and showcase promotional materials related to sales trends, market insights, and services to specific audiences. Predict and evaluate upcoming marketing tactics, sales patterns, and the effectiveness of products/services. Nurture positive connections with current and prospective consumers to foster long-term relationships. Gather customer feedback to assess and enhance customer service effectiveness. Maintain accurate client records and uphold a professional attitude when engaging with new and existing clients. Essential Qualifications We're looking for skilled communicators who are empathetic listeners, problem solvers, and ambassadors of our brand.
