Key Responsibilities Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat: Provide timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries, ensuring seamless interactions and resolving issues efficiently. Handle and resolve customer complaints or issues with empathy and efficiency: Utilize active listening skills and problem-solving abilities to resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and courteous manner. Provide accurate information about FedEx services, tracking, and delivery status: Offer comprehensive information about FedEx services, tracking, and delivery status to ensure customers have a clear understanding of their shipments. Assist customers with placing orders, tracking shipments, and addressing general inquiries: Provide support to customers with placing orders, tracking shipments, and addressing general inquiries in a timely and efficient manner. Collaborate with other team members to ensure comprehensive customer support: Work closely with other team members to ensure comprehensive customer support and resolve complex issues. Qualifications To be successful in this role, you'll need: Previous experience in customer service or a related field: A proven track record of providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal: The ability to communicate effectively with customers, both in writing and over the phone. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail: The ability to analyze complex issues and provide effective solutions in a timely manner.
