Key Responsibilities: Answering phones, emails, and live chat from customers in a timely and professional manner Responding to customer inquiries with accurate and helpful information, ensuring that their concerns are addressed and resolved Identifying, escalating, and reporting priority issues to high-level management, ensuring that complex problems are handled efficiently and effectively Following up on complicated customer interactions, providing personalized support and ensuring that issues are fully resolved Recording details of customer interactions accurately and proficiently, maintaining up-to-date records and ensuring that customer information is handled confidentially Developing rapport with customers, building trust, and creating a positive experience through active listening, empathy, and personalized support Offering solutions, not excuses, and providing alternatives or compromises when necessary, ensuring that customers feel valued and supported Essential Qualifications: 1 year of customer service-related experience (preferred), with a proven track record of delivering exceptional service and resolving customer complaints 1 year of call center experience (preferred), with knowledge of call center software, protocols, and procedures Basic knowledge of computers, including navigation, typing (30+ words per minute), copy/paste, and opening tabs (required) Excellent grammar, punctuation, and spelling skills (required), with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively in writing Residency in one of the following states: Florida, Georgia, Kentucky, Missouri, North Carolina, Ohio, Oklahoma, South Carolina, Texas, or Utah (required) Preferred Qualifications: Previous experience working in a remote or virtual call center environment, with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) software and technology, with the ability to learn and adapt to new systems and tools Certifications or training in customer service, communication, or a related field, with a commitment to ongoing learning and professional development Skills and Competencies: Excellent customer service attitude, with a strong focus on delivering exceptional service and ensuring customer satisfaction Ability to engage and tailor interactions with each customer, making their experience exceptional and personalized Friendly, confident, and self-motivated, with a positive and upbeat attitude Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively with customers, colleagues, and management Positive and quick troubleshooter, with the ability to think critically and resolve complex problems Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At blithequark, we're committed to helping our employees grow and develop in their careers.
