As a Customer Service Representative, you'll play a critical role in helping our customers navigate their healthcare plans, providing personalized support and guidance to ensure they receive the best possible care. Our telecommute program includes: * Maintaining your own internet connection with approved speed requirements * Working from a secure, distraction-free workspace * Successful completion of our comprehensive training program **Preparation and Training** We're committed to ensuring your success in the role, which is why we offer an extensive preparation program that includes: * Local training of approximately 1.5 months * Hands-on learning experiences * Mentorship and guidance from experienced team members * Independent modules and leadership commitment from day one **Schedule and Availability** We offer part-time schedules starting at 20 hours per week, with days off and hours varying to accommodate business needs. Our site hours are 6am-11pm local time, 7 days a week. **Required Qualifications** * 2 years of experience in client-facing roles (e.g., call center, retail, customer support, hospitality industry, military experience) * PC proficiency in Windows-based applications **Preferred Qualifications** * Associate's degree or equivalent experience * Ability to issue settlements in a positive, constructive way * Comfortable interacting with customers in a patient, supportive manner that demonstrates a genuine concern for improving customer satisfaction * Unwavering commitment to consistency and adherence to scheduling principles * Ability to show patience and compassion, and express confidence and certainty * Strong customer service skills, including empathetic phone behavior and excellent communication skills * Strong oral, interpersonal, and relational skills **Compensation and Benefits** As a part-time Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you'll enjoy a competitive hourly rate of $26/hour.
