Job Overview This is a full-time, work-from-home position that requires you to live within a commutable distance of Rapid City, SD. As a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will be responsible for handling inbound calls from our cardholders, providing exceptional customer service, and building strong relationships with clients, customers, and colleagues. You will maintain up-to-date computerized customer information, resolve inquiries, authorize sales, and work collaboratively with our team to achieve our goals. Key Responsibilities Handle inbound calls from cardholders, responding to their inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer information in our computer systems Build strong relationships with clients, customers, and colleagues to deliver exceptional customer experiences Authorize sales and process transactions in accordance with blithequark's policies and procedures Collaborate with our team to achieve our goals and objectives, sharing knowledge and best practices to drive continuous improvement Essential Qualifications To be considered for this role, you will need to meet the following essential qualifications: 6+ months of customer service experience, or equivalent military experience Must live within a 2.5-hour commute of Rapid City, SD Confidence using a computer and proficiency in Microsoft Outlook Be at least 18 years old Be willing to take a drug test, submit to a background investigation, and submit fingerprints as part of the selection process Legal authorization to work in the U.S. is required Preferred Qualifications While not essential, the following qualifications are preferred: Previous experience working in a call center or customer-facing environment Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, customers, and colleagues Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities Skills and Competencies To succeed in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and competencies: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, customers, and colleagues Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and other computer applications Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At blithequark, we are committed to supporting the growth and development of our team members.
