Accurately documenting call content in real-time, ensuring that customer interactions are recorded and tracked effectively. Essential Qualifications To be considered for this role, you must: Be a resident of New York State. Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with customers from diverse backgrounds. Possess strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to resolve customer complaints effectively. Have experience working in a customer-facing environment, preferably in the healthcare industry. Be able to work in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. Have a high school diploma or equivalent, with some college education or relevant certifications being an added advantage. Preferred Qualifications While not essential, the following qualifications will be considered a plus: Previous experience working in the healthcare industry, particularly in medical insurance or customer service. Knowledge of medical terminology and healthcare systems. Certifications or training in customer service, healthcare, or a related field. Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) software and other relevant technology.
