Utilize Salesforce.com, MS Word, and MS Excel to manage customer data, process transactions, and maintain accurate records. Leverage your language skills, particularly in Spanish, to communicate effectively with our diverse customer base and provide support where necessary. Essential and Preferred Qualifications To succeed in this role, you will need: A minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer service role, preferably within the retail industry, where you've developed a strong understanding of customer needs and expectations. Proficiency in using Salesforce.com for customer management, with the ability to navigate the platform efficiently and effectively. Prior experience in a call center environment, where you've honed your skills in handling multiple customer interactions simultaneously.
