About the Role We're excited to offer a Work from Home opportunity for a Customer Service Representative to join our CVS Health team. As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be the primary point of contact for our members, providing exceptional service and support to address their pharmacy benefit plan inquiries. You'll take inbound calls, answer questions, and offer solutions to simplify their healthcare experience.
