As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be the first point of contact for our members, addressing their queries and concerns about our service offerings. Key Responsibilities Receive and document customer concerns in a timely and accurate manner, ensuring all relevant information is captured. Follow company procedures to ensure consistency in scheduling, modifying, and canceling customer reservations. Provide clear and concise information to members about our services and their insurance coverage. Refer unresolved customer grievances to the designated department for further investigation and resolution. Multitask effectively to extract necessary information from multiple systems. Demonstrate a personal commitment to producing high-quality work and maintaining a high level of productivity. Essential Qualifications To succeed in this role, you'll need: A High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED). 0-2 years of related experience, with 6+ months of contact center or customer service experience. Strong organizational skills, with excellent written and verbal communication skills. The ability to type 35wpm or more and answer a high volume of calls (up to 100+ per day). Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and the ability to work independently under general supervision. Sound decision-making and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Qualifications While not mandatory, the following skills and experience will give you a competitive edge: Previous experience in a similar customer service role, particularly in the healthcare industry. Excellent technical skills, with the ability to quickly adapt to new systems and software. A proactive and flexible approach to work, with a willingness to work overtime as required.
