Key Responsibilities Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive experience for every client interaction. Perform a variety of banking transactions accurately and efficiently, including but not limited to deposits, withdrawals, and account inquiries. Build rapport and relationships with clients, understanding their financial needs and offering appropriate solutions. Maintain a high level of integrity, adhering to bank policies and procedures, including compliance with Federal regulations such as the Bank Secrecy Act, USA Patriot Act, and OFAC regulations. Essential Qualifications A high school diploma or approved equivalent. Basic math skills, including 10-key and keyboarding proficiency. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
