This role requires patience, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with others in the group and in other departments. Your goal will be to ensure happy customers who will buy from us again! **Responsibilities of the Customer Service Representative** * Demonstrate excellent online customer service etiquette and strong customer relationship skills when responding to customer questions and concerns. * Contribute to quality assurance procedures to ensure accuracy of communications to customers and improve customer satisfaction with products. * Learn software used by blithequark to navigate listings, locate customer information, and look up data about products. * Experience in a high-volume environment, handling repetitive duties with a high volume of customer inquiries. * Collaborate with other team members to resolve customer issues and provide exceptional support. **Qualifications of the Customer Service Representative** * High school diploma or general education degree (GED) and two to three years related customer service experience in a high-volume environment /or equivalent combination of education and experience. * Strong typing, spelling, and grammar skills are a must. * Proficient computer user and knowledge of the internet. * ASE Certified a plus. * Parts Counter or mechanics experience a plus. **Essential Skills and Competencies** * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities. * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. * Proficiency in software applications, including email and chat platforms. * Ability to learn and adapt to new systems and processes. * Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At blithequark, we believe in investing in our team members' growth and development.
