Key Responsibilities As a Customer Service Associate at blithequark, your primary responsibilities will include: Managing major business accounts and providing order management and customer care to the Corporate Sales Team Providing exceptional customer service support, responding to inbound calls, emails, and other customer inquiries Processing a variety of orders, including electronic and manual order entry Maintaining accurate account information and performing account maintenance tasks Supporting the Corporate Sales Team with sales support and customer service requests Utilizing various systems and tools, including: Emailed Holds Report and Holds Worker Console Viewer System Console Support Management Dashboard in Salesforce Customer Contact Tool Demonstrating extensive knowledge in order entry and customer service within CCS Exercising discretion when working with confidential information Essential Qualifications and Skills To be successful as a Customer Service Associate at blithequark, you will need: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with customers and employees at all levels of the organization A proven ability to use discretion when working with confidential information Strong customer service skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences The ability to accommodate changing work schedules, including weekends and late hours during peak periods Proficiency in MS Office, particularly MS Excel Self-motivation, with the ability to organize multiple tasks and produce results with exact deadlines in an environment with frequent interruptions A team-oriented mindset, with a willingness to collaborate with colleagues and support the Corporate Sales Team Preferred Qualifications and Skills While not essential, the following qualifications and skills are preferred: Previous experience in customer service or a related field Familiarity with CRM systems, such as Salesforce Experience with order management and customer care Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At blithequark, we are committed to the growth and development of our employees.
