Gather valuable insights and intelligence to prevent potential issues, improving our overall customer experience and operational efficiency. Proactively identify and resolve ongoing customer issues, collaborating with internal teams to implement effective solutions. Essential Qualifications To succeed in this role, you'll need: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with customers, colleagues, and internal stakeholders.
