About the Role We are seeking highly motivated and customer-focused individuals to fill the position of Call Center Representative at our blithequark location in Manasquan, New Jersey. As a Call Center Representative, you will be responsible for handling emergency signals, notifying and verifying alarm signals, and dispatching the proper authorities in a timely and efficient manner. This is a full-time position that offers a competitive starting pay of $17.49 per hour, shift differentials, and a comprehensive benefits package. Key Responsibilities Handle emergency signals and respond accordingly to ensure the safety and security of customers Notify and verify alarm signals to determine the appropriate course of action Dispatch proper authorities, such as police or fire departments, when necessary Provide exceptional customer service and support to customers via phone, email, or other communication channels Work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks to meet performance goals and objectives Collaborate with colleagues and other teams to ensure seamless service delivery and resolve customer issues Requirements and Qualifications To be successful in this role, you should possess a high school diploma or equivalent, as well as previous customer service experience. You must be flexible and available to work weekends, holidays, and overtime, as well as be proficient in computer literacy. A strong ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, is essential, as well as a compassionate and empathetic approach to customer interactions.
