About the Role We are seeking an experienced and passionate Customer Care Representative to join our team. As a key contributor, you will be the eyes and ears for our team, fielding customer inquiries and finding innovative ways to respond. Key Responsibilities Handle and carefully respond to all customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner Provide excellent customer service through active listening, ensuring that customer concerns are addressed and resolved promptly Work with confidential customer information and treat it sensitively, adhering to blithequark's data protection policies Aim to resolve issues on the first call by being proactive and providing effective solutions Appropriately communicate with customers, including providing video support when needed, to ensure a seamless customer experience Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need: Logical problem-solving skills to resolve customer complaints and concerns Availability to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends Ability to handle heavy incoming call volume and prioritize tasks effectively Ability to use Windows operating systems and type at a speed of 25 words per minute Be over 18 years of age and have a High School Graduate or GED equivalent Predictable and reliable attendance, with a strong commitment to meeting performance targets Preferred Qualifications While not essential, the following qualifications are preferred: 6-12 months of customer service experience, preferably in a remote or call center environment Consistent work history, with a proven track record of meeting performance targets Proven oral and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner Some technical background, with experience in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues Work from Home Requirements To work from home, you will need to provide: A personal device (desktop, laptop, or tablet) with Windows 10 or later, and a minimum of 4GB RAM A wired Ethernet LAN connection and a reliable internet connection with a minimum subscribed download rate of 12.0 Mbps and upload rate of 3.0 Mbps A clean and quiet workspace, free from distractions and interruptions Proof of internet speed, to ensure that you can meet the technical requirements of the role Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At blithequark, we are committed to providing our employees with opportunities for growth and development.
