Job Summary We are looking for an experienced Customer Care Representative to work remotely on a contract basis for 3 months. As a Customer Care Representative, you will be responsible for providing top-notch customer service, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. You will also be involved in making phone calls and sending emails to potential key decision-makers to introduce our Pure Wick system and set up appointments with our National Account Managers. Key Responsibilities: Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and other communication channels Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and address concerns in a timely and professional manner Make phone calls and send emails to potential key decision-makers to introduce our Pure Wick system and set up appointments with our National Account Managers Use a targeting list to identify and contact potential clients, and provide a brief overview of our product Set up appointments with decision-makers and National Account Managers Maintain accurate records and reports of customer interactions and sales activities Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience Essential Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent required 1-2 years of experience in customer service, sales, or a related field Excellent communication, organizational, and follow-up skills Proficient in basic Microsoft Excel and Word functions Comfortable making phone calls and sending emails to decision-makers Ability to work in a remote setting with minimal supervision Flexible schedule, with the ability to work 30 hours per week, Monday-Friday Preferred Qualifications: Previous experience in the medical device industry Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Experience with lead generation and appointment setting Skills and Competencies: To succeed in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication, organizational, and follow-up skills. You should be comfortable working in a remote setting, with the ability to manage your time effectively and prioritize tasks.
