Key Responsibilities In this role, you will be responsible for: Virtually assisting customers and other advisors over the phone, email, and on the web with billing/insurance verification, product, or service questions Managing both inbound and outbound calls, ensuring timely and effective communication with our customers Proactively identifying solutions to questions you anticipate our customers having in each interaction, demonstrating a proactive and customer-centric approach Taking a hands-on approach to resolving every issue, owning it from start to finish or partnering with pharmacist and pharmacy staff if clinical advisement is necessary Providing best-in-class service experience for our customers, working in a fast-paced environment and consistently meeting standards for productivity and quality Helping answer customer inquiries regarding their insurance and copays, as well as shipping needs, ensuring that our customers have a seamless and supportive experience Providing our customers with technical support when navigating pharmacy.blithequark.com, ensuring that they can easily access the resources and information they need Serving customers in a timely manner to ensure we are maximizing our relationship with them, building trust and loyalty through exceptional service and support Understanding each interaction is about more than solving a single problem, but an opportunity to build a long-term relationship with our customers, demonstrating empathy and a customer-centric approach Promoting customer privacy and safety by maintaining adherence to blithequark's Work From Home policy, ensuring that our customers' sensitive information is protected and secure Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need: A high school diploma or equivalent (must be 18 years of age or older) 6 months of professional experience working with computer and web-based tools, demonstrating proficiency in technology and software applications Experience multitasking with phone and computer skills, able to navigate multiple systems and tools simultaneously Ability to change your schedule frequently (every 3 weeks), with a two-week advance notice, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability Submit and pass a pre-employment drug test in order to be considered, ensuring a safe and healthy work environment Preferred Qualifications While not required, the following qualifications are preferred: 1 year of relevant phone or email customer service experience, demonstrating a strong background in customer support and service Excellent communication skills (spoken and written), able to effectively communicate with customers and colleagues in a clear and concise manner Experience working in a customer service or call center, demonstrating a strong understanding of customer service principles and practices Experience working in a healthcare environment, demonstrating a strong understanding of healthcare concepts and terminology Experience working under pressure in a fast-paced work environment while consistently meeting standards for productivity and quality, demonstrating a strong ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment Demonstrated ability to work as a team member, collaborating with colleagues to achieve common goals and objectives Skills and Competencies To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and competencies: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, able to effectively communicate with customers and colleagues Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities simultaneously Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, able to identify and resolve customer issues in a timely and effective manner Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating a strong sense of accountability and responsibility Strong technical skills, able to navigate multiple software applications and systems Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information, demonstrating a strong understanding of customer privacy and security Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At blithequark, we are committed to the growth and development of our employees.
