Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need: A Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., business, communications, marketing). At least two years of experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in a sales and service environment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other productivity tools. Ability to work in a fast-paced, metric-driven environment with a high level of productivity and accuracy.
