Role Overview and Key Responsibilities As a Creator Support Specialist at vidIQ, you'll be the main point of contact for YouTube creators seeking guidance, technical assistance, and support in using our features and tools effectively. You'll act as the voice of the creators, surfacing valuable feedback and insights to help refine and improve our products. Your passion for YouTube, attention to detail, and customer support enthusiasm will make a significant difference in the lives of many creators. Key Responsibilities: Provide exceptional support and guidance to YouTube creators, addressing their concerns and resolving issues effectively. Act as the voice of the creators, surfacing valuable feedback and insights to help refine and improve our products. Utilize AI and RPA tools to enhance workflows, improve efficiency, and solve problems, leveraging your experience in content creation technologies. Stay up-to-date with the latest YouTube trends and apply this knowledge to support our creators effectively. Manage your time effectively, set priorities, and take ownership of your work, staying motivated and proactive even without close supervision. Thrive in a collaborative setting, working closely with a diverse team to achieve collective goals. Provide stellar support and onboarding experiences, enjoying the satisfaction of solving problems and enhancing customer satisfaction. Essential Qualifications To succeed as a Creator Support Specialist at vidIQ, you'll need: A passion for YouTube and a strong understanding of its features and best practices. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to empathize with customers and provide effective support. A keen eye for detail, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues effectively. Autonomy and initiative, with the ability to manage your time effectively and take ownership of your work. Experience with AI and RPA tools, with a strong understanding of their applications in content creation technologies. A growth mindset, with a strong desire to learn and grow within our Creator Support team. Availability to work 8-hour shifts between 3 PM PST and 3 AM PST, including at least one weekend day. Preferred Qualifications We're looking for candidates with: Experience in customer support or a related field, with a strong understanding of customer needs and expectations. Knowledge of content creation technologies and their applications in social media and content creation. Experience with AI and RPA tools, with a strong understanding of their applications in content creation technologies. A strong understanding of YouTube's community guidelines and policies. Experience working in a fully remote environment, with a strong understanding of collaboration and communication tools.
