Your key responsibilities will include: Responding promptly to customer inquiries via chat, email, and phone to accelerate their cloud adoption Building a stronger AWS leads database by engaging with customers and understanding their needs Educating customers on the benefits of AWS services and guiding them through the sales process Providing tailored messaging to increase customer understanding of AWS services and differentiators Creating higher-value leads through sustained efforts, resulting in higher conversion rates Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive global MRC initiatives and improve customer experience Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need: A four-year degree or equivalent experience 4+ years of experience in sales, marketing, or customer engagement roles, or a relevant educational background Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with customers via chat, email, and phone Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and structure responses A customer-centric approach, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences Preferred Qualifications While not essential, the following qualifications are highly desirable: AWS Cloud Specialist Certificate or AWS Certified Solutions Architect - Associate certification A technical background in engineering, computer science, or MIS In-depth knowledge and understanding of existing and emerging technologies related to cloud computing Experience working in a fast-paced and highly cross-functional organization, with a track record of managing multiple tasks and priorities Excellent time management skills, with the ability to work in a dynamic environment with shifting priorities What We Offer As a Cloud Chat Representative with Amazon's MRC team, you will have the opportunity to work from home and be part of a dynamic and innovative team.
