You will work from home, interacting with customers via phone, email, or chat, and providing support and resolution to routine problems and questions related to our clients' products and services. **Key Responsibilities** As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative, you will: * Provide customer support via phone, email, or chat, using a guide to navigate calls in the customer's preferred language * Assist customers in resolving basic technical issues * Follow, document, and retrieve information from databases * Maintain a deep understanding of our clients' products and services, including smartphones, tablets, computers, and portable devices * Preferably have knowledge of iOS and/or MacOS, or a comparable technology * Offer additional products and services to customers * Provide expert customer experiences with a smile **Qualifications** To be successful in this role, you will need: * Fluency in both French and English * 1+ year of experience in customer service * High school diploma or GED * A quiet and distraction-free workspace at home * Ability to multitask quickly * Desire to learn new technologies * Strong computer navigation skills and knowledge of computers * A desktop or laptop computer for testing PC and Internet; a work computer may be provided, but is not guaranteed (will be discussed in detail with a recruiter) * High-speed internet (no Wi-Fi, hotspots, or satellite) and a smartphone **What's in it for You** At blithequark, we believe in investing in our employees and their careers.
