Our commitment to putting health first has earned us a reputation as a trusted partner in the healthcare industry. **Job Summary** As a Bilingual Call Center Customer Service Representative, you'll be the first point of contact for our patients, providing exceptional support and guidance to ensure their needs are met. You'll work from the comfort of your own home, using our state-of-the-art technology to connect with patients and resolve their inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
