We're looking for a motivated and collaborative Account Manager to join our dynamic team and drive sales growth and brand visibility for e.l.f. Cosmetics and Well People at Target. As a remote role with a preference for proximity to Target in Minneapolis, MN, you'll have the opportunity to work closely with our Associate Director of Sales and other cross-functional teams to develop and execute sales strategies that meet our business objectives. About the Role As an Account Manager for Target, you'll be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with Target and e.l.f./Well People partners to drive net sales growth, market share growth, and customer profitability. Your key responsibilities will include: Developing a comprehensive sales strategy for Target in collaboration with internal and external partners Executing sales plans to achieve net sales growth, market share growth, and customer profitability Partnering with the demand planning team to ensure accurate and timely forecasting Collaborating with the Associate Director to develop and execute retail merchandising strategies that meet both e.l.f. and retailer goals Managing Vendor Income and ensuring timely responses to customer requests Working closely with other Sales team members to achieve company sales and share goals and share best practices Establishing and maintaining effective relationships with decision-makers at Target Ensuring a strong visual presence in-store and on retailer.com Providing monthly forecasts and feedback on goal delivery Assortment and Planogram work, as well as general administration support requests Requirements and Qualifications To succeed in this role, you'll need: 5+ years of sales experience in the beauty industry or CPG company, with experience working with Target A self-motivated and goal-oriented mindset with a desire to deliver results Strong planning and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects A deep understanding of negotiation techniques and marketing tactics Effective communication and presentation skills, with the ability to create and deliver compelling presentations Strong computer and analytical skills, specifically in Microsoft Office Excel and PowerPoint Strong relationship-building skills, with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships with internal and external partners A team-oriented and responsive approach, with a passion for success A college or bachelor's degree in business or a similar major Strong attention to detail and time management skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team A passion for beauty and a willingness to stay up-to-date on industry trends What We Offer At e.l.f.
