As Events Coordinator, you’ll play a critical role in helping Higharc scale and elevate the way we engage both our team and our customers. You’ll support the Director of Events in producing standout internal programs and customer-facing events that build culture, trust, and business growth. You’ll be hands-on with logistics, communications, and program coordination, enabling strategic execution of events that range from immersive customer trainings and pipeline-driving sales activations to team offsites, milestone celebrations, and company-wide moments of connection. Key ResponsibilitiesEvent & Experience ExecutionCoordinate logistics for internal and external events, including scheduling, travel, venues, vendors, supplies, and run-of-show documentationProvide on-site and virtual support for live events when needed (e.g., customer trainings, internal meetups, sales activations)Source, vet, and liaise with vendors for gifting, catering, A/V, decor, and experiential activationsTrack tasks, timelines, and dependencies across multiple concurrent programsCommunications & EngagementDraft and manage pre-event communications, RSVPs, reminders, and post-event follow-upsSupport creation of internal and external promotional materials (e.g., invites, agendas, decks, signage, swag)Help maintain and evolve our brand voice across experience touchpointsProject Support & OperationsAssist in developing and maintaining templates, checklists, and repeatable processesOwn documentation and resource organization to ensure team efficiencySupport budget tracking, receipts, and vendor contracts in collaboration with the Director of EventsCapture event insights and support post-mortem reviews and improvement loopsAbout You3-5 years of experience in event coordination, employee experience, experiential marketing, or project coordination rolesHighly organized with strong attention to detail and follow-throughComfortable managing multiple timelines and shifting priorities in a fast-paced environmentExcellent communicator and natural collaboratorCreative thinker who enjoys crafting moments that feel thoughtful and memorableFamiliar with tools like Notion, Google Workspace, Asana, or similarComfortable working remotely and asynchronously with a distributed teamBonus: Experience supporting both internal culture-building programs and customer-facing initiativesWhat You’ll GainA front-row seat to how memorable, human-centered experiences can shape culture and accelerate business growthMentorship and growth opportunities in a strategic, experience-led functionThe chance to shape how Higharc shows up - internally and externally - during a pivotal phase of growthA collaborative, high-trust environment where curiosity and care are core valuesHigharc has been remote first since our founding in 2018.
