Assist customers with their inquiries via email, chat, and phone.
Troubleshoot basic tech issues and provide solutions.
Update customer information in the database.
Follow up with customers to ensure issues are resolved.
Work collaboratively with the team to improve customer satisfaction.
Participate in training sessions and team meetings.
Document and report recurring issues for further analysis.
Maintain a positive and professional attitude.
