We have a need for a Patent Agent or Technical Analyst in various offices.
The ideal candidate will have a strong interest in:
Preparing and prosecuting patent applications
Contributing to prosecution strategy
Providing technical and legal research and analysis with respect to matters pending before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office
Providing technical support for patent interference and litigation proceedings
Strong technical background in physics.
Outstanding writing and analytical skills, and top academic credentials are essential.
USPTO registration is not required.
Where required by law, salary ranges are stated below. Additional compensation may include a discretionary bonus, health/welfare benefits (including parental, adoption, and fertility benefits), flexible time off, and paid holidays. The range displayed is specifically for positions performed in those cities/states and may vary based on factors including but not limited to the following: market data and ranges; an applicant's skills and prior relevant experience (including class year); and, certain degrees, licensing, and certifications.
Boston, MA annual salary range: $105,000 to $250,000
Washington, D.C. annual salary range: $105,000 to $250,000
