About the Role As an Operations Coordinator, you'll play a pivotal role in orchestrating and executing operational activities within our properties vertical, primarily in North America. Your dedication will contribute significantly to achieving our operational objectives, ensuring top-notch project management for multiple field projects concurrently. Through your commitment to operational excellence, you'll leave our customers thoroughly satisfied. Key Responsibilities: Operational Planning and Execution: Collaborate within the Operations team to meticulously plan and execute missions, ensuring impeccable data quality and customer satisfaction. Customer and Contractor Liaison: Liaise with customers and contractors to navigate logistical complexities, facilitating safe and efficient project execution. Project Management: Project-manage field operations for seamless data collection, promptly addressing any issues and maintaining proactive communication with customers. Pilot Coordination: Coordinate and assign pilots to ensure timely flight operations, upholding our commitment to excellence. Drone Capabilities and Regulations: Demonstrate proficiency in drone capabilities and regulations, adhering to standard operating procedures. Real-Time Challenge Resolution: Resolve real-time challenges to ensure the delivery of superior quality deliverables to our esteemed customers. Ad-Hoc Support: Offer ad-hoc support to both pilots and customers, addressing inquiries with professionalism and expertise. Software Platform Familiarization: Familiarize yourself with Workwarp's software platforms, ensuring smooth project execution and troubleshooting as needed. Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate closely with internal teams, including Account Management and QA, to optimize project execution and address any issues promptly. Reporting and Insights: Report directly to the Operations Manager, providing insights into trends and identifying areas for improvement. Process Improvement: Identify procedural gaps and recommend solutions to enhance operational efficiency. Additional Duties: Perform any other duties as assigned. Requirements Essential Qualifications: Education: Preferred Bachelor's degree. Experience: 1-2 years of work or internship experience in a dynamic environment, preferably in transactional work, logistics, customer service, or hospitality. Skills: Strong planning, scheduling, and project management skills. Exceptional organizational skills and adaptability to shifting priorities. Proficient in remote work coordination and communication. Keen interest in technology and the drone industry; prior drone experience or knowledge is advantageous. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Outstanding customer service skills. Proficiency in computer applications such as Office suite, Slack, Zoom, and Google. Preferred Qualifications: Travel: Willingness to travel for short-term engagements. Physical Requirements: Ability to sit or stand for extended periods.
