Requirements
High School Diploma or equivalent.
Strong written communication skills with a focus on clarity and professionalism.
Basic technical skills and the ability to quickly learn new software applications.
Empathy and patience when dealing with customers.
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet.
