Position Summary:

We are seeking an enthusiastic individual for the role of Entry-Level Help Desk Support. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to our internal staff. This role involves troubleshooting and resolving issues related to Windows desktops and iOS devices...

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide first-level support to end-users via phone, email, and in-person.

- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Windows desktops and iOS devices.

- Assist with the setup and configuration of new hardware and software.

- Maintain accurate records of support requests and resolutions in the ticketing system.

- Collaborate with other IT team members to escalate and resolve complex issues.

- Educate users on best practices for using company technology and software.

- Perform regular maintenance tasks such as software updates and system backups.

- Ensure all IT equipment is functioning properly and efficiently.

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree in IT or related field preferred.

- Basic understanding of Windows desktop operating systems and iOS devices.

- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Customer service-oriented mindset.

- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and procedures.

Preferred Skills

- Experience with help desk or technical support roles.

- Familiarity with basic networking concepts.

- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and common software applications.

This position may encompass other duties than the specified duties listed above. If necessary, alternative duties can be assigned at the discretion of the direct supervisor.

Pay Range (Low $16.50/hour to Max $17.50/ hour)/hourly
