What You Will Do Follow the roadmap supplied by mentors and our training program in an entrepreneurial and at times - independent autonomous manner. Market investment real estate internally, externally, and to clients who are active investorsCollaborate with Senior Agents to achieve business and career goals with a clear “pathway to growth”. Contract and advise clients in the development and execution of their individualized real estate investment strategiesPrepare thoughtful analyses of clients' properties, including broker opinions of value (BOV), and market comparablesMarket exclusive property listings to qualified buyersProspect new client relationships and referral sourcesNegotiate offers, exclusive listing agreements, purchase and sales agreementsParticipate in best-in-class training and ongoing skills-development workshopsResearch ownership records, market data and industry trendsAttend networking and industry events and connect with industry professionals What We Offer Non-Competitive Management– Our management team is there to train, coach, and support our Agents in growing their businesses; they are no longer brokering deals themselves.
