Email Marketing System Implementation Specialist - High-Compliance SaaS Platform

We need an experienced email marketing professional to implement a complete, scalable email system for our subscription-based platform. This is a hands-on implementation role, not strategy consulting. The Challenge: We operate in a highly regulated industry with strict compliance requirements and specific deliverability challenges. We need this system operational by early February for a major campaign launch. What We Need Implemented: 1. Email Infrastructure Setup Platform selection and configuration (we've explored YNOT Mail but are open to your recommendation based on compliance needs) Domain authentication (SPF, DKIM, DMARC) Deliverability optimization for our specific vertical 2. Automated Sequences (event-triggered): Important: We'll create the flows; you just need to make sure they're operational Welcome/onboarding flows Promotional campaigns Transactional emails (sign-up confirmations, password resets) Support communications Engagement-based triggers (subscription changes, purchase events, activity milestones) Re-engagement campaigns 3. System Architecture: Integration with our platform's event system (webhook/API-based triggers) Scalable template system that's easy for our team to manage Analytics and reporting dashboards A/B testing framework What We're Looking For: ✅ Proven experience implementing email systems for companies in regulated/compliance-heavy industries ✅ Technical skills: API integrations, webhook handling, event-based automation ✅ Platform expertise: Deep knowledge of enterprise email platforms and their compliance features ✅ Deliverability focus: Understanding of inbox placement, reputation management, and compliance best practices ✅ Battle-tested systems: We want proven approaches, not experimental setups Red Flags (Don't Apply If): ❌ You only do strategy/consulting without hands-on implementation ❌ You haven't worked with compliance-sensitive industries ❌ You can't start immediately ❌ You need us to tell you which platform to use (we expect you to recommend based on our requirements) Engagement Structure: Phase 1: Full system implementation (immediate start, 2-3 week timeline) Phase 2: Ongoing support and optimization (retainer basis) Apply tot his job
