Educational Case Manager (Coordinator)

ResponsibilitiesThe Educational Case Manager is integral to the success of Tutor Me Education by doing intakes with families/students, ,coordinating instructors, tracking student progress, and providing quality customer serviceActively support Tutor Me Education Regional OperationsProvide outstanding academic services to students and their familiesOperate seamlessly in a virtual operating environmentMaintain Tutor Me Education operating standards including people, financial, and academic standardsEnsure delivery of programs and initiatives for our students and school district partnersMeet operational excellence standardsProvide virtual administrative support to Regional Operations including answering phones, managing daily business data, and creating/ managing schedules with students and teachersManage class schedules to effectively staff sessions and meet company efficiency and usage targetsManage virtual tutoring sessionsMonitor all students’ academic progressHelp ensure flawless execution of programs and initiativesManage your own time in compliance with company and regulatory requirementsConduct conferences with partner program directors to review progress, adjust academic plans, and renew enrollmentsOther responsibilities – as required by the businessRelish building relationships with students and their familiesDedicated to meeting the expectations and requirements of internal and external customersFosters an environment of open communication with students and parents to ensure positive and effective conflict resolutionRequirementsQualificationsTime management, planning, and prioritizationAbility to organize and manage multiple responsibilities successfullyExhibits professional and approachable demeanorAbility to prioritize and focus on key objectives, which may change from month to monthEffective communications both in virtual environmentsProficient in using all communication media including in person, phone, and videoAbility to build engagement and trust in virtual relationships, whether with customers or with team membersWorks Well With OthersLearning agility – able to adapt to changes in work environment by changing behaviors as requiredAble to acquire new skills as requiredAbility to engage, manage and grow virtual relationships with customers, employees, and business partners (e.g. local schools)Ability to manage remote teachersAbility to work independentlyHigh tolerance for ambiguityBachelor’s Degree required2-3 years progressive career growthExperience working in a virtual operations and team environmentBilingual in English and Spanish beneficialProficient in Microsoft Office and Google applicationsBenefitsFully Remote!
