They are seeking a District Sales Associate who will provide operational support, manage territory calendars, facilitate team meetings, and explore new business opportunities with investment advisors. Responsibilities Territory operational support with a strong focus on attention to detail and time management, which includes territory calendar management, expense and budget management, events planning, and maintaining our CRM database Create and implement your business plan in collaboration with the District Vice-President and Business Development Manager for your assigned territory Facilitating weekly team meetings as part of the implementation of business processes, and ensuring efficiency and consistency of territory management Discover and explore new business opportunities via proactive sales calls with existing investment advisors and strengthening internal and external client relationships Adheres and applies Internal Compliance regulations and Sales Practices under NI 81-105 for our clients as the team compliance coordinator Skills Undergraduate degree Willingness to pursue new and creative ideas, the motivation to achieve results, dedicated & energetic, strong communication skills – both verbal & written An interest and curiosity in capital markets and how they relate to the fund industry Ability to work well with multiple priorities Ability to work independently and in a team environment Knowledge of French and English is required to support clients and Team members within and/ or outside the province of Quebec Successful completion of a financial services industry program course (i.e. CSC, IFIC, CFA, CFP, CIM, etc) would be an asset but not required Benefits Share Purchase Plan Health and Dental coverage Education/Career support Paid Volunteer Day each year Annual short-term incentive Health and well-being benefits Retirement and savings plan Paid time off Career development Company Overview Mackenzie Investments is an investment management firm that provides investment advisory and related services.
