Requirements
Proficient knowledge of Disney parks, movies, and merchandise.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
Previous customer service experience is a plus.
Responsibilities
Assist clients with planning their Disney vacations, including park visits, accommodations, and dining reservations.
Provide information and advice on Disney movies, merchandise, and events.
Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Disney products and services.
Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities.
