Director of Customer Success and Implementation (5297)

NextPath Career Partners is currently seeking a Director of Customer Success and Implementation to join our client’s team in Bothell, Washington. This is a remote, direct hire position. SALARY: $130,000 – $140,000 (depending on experience) Unfortunately, at this time our client is unable to sponsor or transfer visas. Requirements • 7-10 years of experience in customer success • 3-5 years in leadership roles • Proven success building and scaling high-performing customer success teams • Experience managing enterprise ERP implementations and complex software deployments in manufacturing • Skilled in leading support teams and driving revenue retention and expansion • Ability to work with C-level executives, IT, and non-technical users • Understanding of SDLC and customer lifecycle management Responsibilities • Develop and manage a remote team of 4 Application Support and Implementation Specialists • Implement continuous learning strategies and build subject matter expertise • Oversee customer onboarding, ensuring projects are on time and on budget • Create change management and user adoption programs • Track value realization and business outcomes • Manage customer support requests efficiently; serve as escalation point for critical issues • Establish support KPIs, metrics, and reporting frameworks • Build and execute strategies for customer retention, growth, and revenue expansion • Maintain direct relationships with C-suite executives and lead strategic meetings • Develop and implement success methodologies aligned with customer workflows and seasonality • Build repositories of institutional knowledge and support self-service tools • Support sales and marketing with success stories, testimonials, and referrals • Lead industry presence through conferences and advisory boards • Collaborate with product teams to influence roadmaps and industry solutions Nextpath Career Partners NextPath is a candidate-centric recruiting firm focused on your career goals to help you find your next path!
