Digital Growth Director | Digital Marketing & Growth Manager

Job Overview: We are seeking a skilled and motivated Digital Marketing Growth Director to join our team. In this role, you will work directly with clients to understand their business goals, develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies, and optimize campaigns to ensure success. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with a strong background in digital marketing, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build and maintain client relationships. In addition, the ideal candidate is someone that would rather get their hands dirty and digs into the challenges with the client to find solutions instead of assigning it to someone else to do. Key Responsibilities: ● Client Relationship Management: ○ Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, building strong relationships and ensuring our clients value our deliverables. ○ Understand client business objectives and challenges to provide strategic guidance and recommendations. ● Digital Strategy Development: ○ Analyze client needs and industry trends to develop tailored digital marketing strategies that align with business goals. ○ Create and execute comprehensive marketing plans, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, content marketing, and PPC campaigns. Campaign Execution & Optimization: ○ Manage and direct digital marketing campaigns across various channels, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with client objectives. ○ Monitor and analyze campaign performance, making data-driven adjustments to optimize for ROI and overall effectiveness. Reporting & Analysis: ○ Generate detailed reports on campaign performance, providing clients with actionable insights and recommendations for improvement. Business Development Support: ○ Assist in identifying opportunities for account growth and upselling additional services to existing clients. ○ Participate in pitches and proposals for new clients, demonstrating expertise and strategic thinking. Qualifications: ● Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. ● 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in an agency setting. ● Proven track record of developing and executing successful digital marketing campaigns. ● Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, content marketing, and PPC. ● Proficiency in analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush, HubSpot) and CRM systems. ● Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas to clients clearly and effectively. Preferred Skills: ● Experience working with B2B and B2C clients across various industries. ● Certification in Google Ads, Google Analytics, or other relevant digital marketing certifications. ● Familiarity with eCommerce platforms like Shopify or WordPress. ● Experience in content creation or copywriting.
