Request for Quotation (RFQ) Digital Advertising Services for Site2Sea.com 1. Introduction Site2Sea.com is seeking qualified digital advertising partners to plan, launch, and manage paid campaigns across Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram) and Google PPC. Our goal is to drive high-intent traffic to Site2Sea.com, increase cruise inquiries and bookings, and build a scalable customer acquisition system. 2. Company Overview Site2Sea.com is an online cruise discovery and booking platform offering a wide range of ocean and river cruise options across major cruise lines. We help travellers compare itineraries, ships, prices, and onboard experiences, making it easier to plan and book their perfect voyage. Our target audience includes: •Adults 30 to 70 with a strong interest in leisure travel • Families planning multi-generational trips • Retirees and frequent cruisers • Travelers searching for deals, last-minute cruises, and bucket-list itineraries • Solo travellers 3. Scope of Work A. Campaign Strategy and Setup • Development of a paid media strategy focused on increasing cruise-related traffic, leads, and bookings. • Setup of Google Search campaigns targeting cruise keywords, itineraries, and destination searches. • Setup of Meta Ads campaigns for interest-based audiences such as travel, luxury travel, cruises, Caribbean vacations, and Mediterranean destinations. • Pixel/Tag installation, conversion tracking, custom events (lead, search, cruise view, booking), and GA4 setup. B. Campaign Management • Ongoing optimization of bids, budgets, audiences, keywords, and creatives. • Management of: o Google Search o Google Performance Max o Google Display (remarketing) o Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram prospecting and retargeting) • Continuous testing of copy, creative, landing pages, and target audiences. • Weekly or bi-weekly adjustments based on cruise market seasonality, promotions, and pricing trends. C. Creative Development • Site2sea design team will generate creative based on vendors specs • Google PPC ad copy aligned with cruise destinations, ship highlights, and deals. • Meta creative: static images, carousel ads for itineraries, and optional short-form videos. • Testing of messaging themes (deals, luxury, family travel, curated experiences). D. Reporting • Monthly performance reporting including: o Traffic quality o Lead volume and cost per lead o Booking-related metrics (as trackable) o CTR, CPC, CPA o Budget allocation and scaling recommendations • Optional: live dashboard access in Looker Studio. 4. Deliverables • Full campaign strategy document • Initial account setup and tracking configuration • Active Meta and Google campaigns • Monthly reports and live dashboards • End-of-engagement summary with insights and recommendations 5. Vendor Requirements Vendors must include: 1. Company overview and cruise/travel vertical experience (preferred). 2. Case studies for high-value travel or booking-based businesses. 3. Team structure and relevant specialists. 4. Proposed paid media strategy specific to cruise acquisition. 5. Pricing, including: o Setup fees o Monthly management fees o Creative production costs o Any minimum spend requirements 6. Contract terms and cancellation policy. 7. Estimated timeline to launch and reach optimization. 6. Budget Please provide cost structures for multiple ad spend levels, such as: • $1,000 per month • $3,000 per month • $5,000+ per month 7.
