Requirements:

? Proven experience in customer service, preferably in a remote or online environment.
? Excellent written communication skills with a strong attention to detail.
? Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
? Proficient in using live chat software and other digital communication tools.
? Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-centric mindset.
